Our faculty comprises both nationally and internationally men and women of God who are not only theologically sound but also bring years of experience in various aspects of Christian ministry and mission work. Listed below are some of their profiles.
Reuben Pradhan who is the Founder/Director of SOCL serves as the pastor of Turning Point Church in Siliguri, West Bengal, India. With over 33 years of ministry experience, he is deeply committed to teaching and training believers in the Word of God, equipping them to serve in ministry and advance God's Kingdom.
In addition to his pastoral role, Reuben leads a vibrant city-wide youth initiative known as the Millennial Movement, which focuses on empowering and discipling the next generation. He also directs DEEP Holistic Ministry, an NGO dedicated to addressing various community needs through a Christ-centered approach.
Reuben is also a teaching faculty member at the Haggai Institute, where he contributes to training leaders locally, helping them enhance their impact in ministry.
Reuben is married to Anugraha, and they have five children: Anna (married to Joel), Rhema, Mahima, Micah, and Daniel. Recently, they were also blessed with a granddaughter, Menorah.

Steve helps bi-vocational, house church, and small-church leaders discover shepherding ideas given by Jesus to the early church. These practices are also designed to get everyone involved. He serves as one of the bi-vocational pastors of an intentionally-small Baptist church he planted in 1991, and for over 30 years has worked with evangelists, missionaries, church planters, and pastors in Asia, the Americas, Europe, and Africa. He is president of the New Testament Reformation Fellowship (NTRF.org), which is dedicated to helping small churches have a big disciple-making impact.
Phillip is a dedicated pastor with over a decade of pastoral service and leadership experience, skilled in overseeing diverse ministries such as community welfare, youth, children, and worship. He is experienced in providing pastoral care, implementing discipleship programs, welcoming new members, and delivering impactful sermons. As a teacher, Phillip is passionate about fostering spiritual formation and disciple-making, while integrating biblical principles with real-world applications to prepare individuals for contemporary challenges. He is committed to creating an inclusive learning environment that encourages critical thinking, personal growth, and spiritual enrichment. Additionally, Phillip is a self-taught graphic designer with a talent for custom artwork and innovative visual communication, enhancing educational materials and fostering meaningful engagement.
Phillip is married to Prerna and they have a daughter, Mahima.
Tommy Stewart, founder of the global movement ‘Transform the World’ and author of Living and Leading with Jesus, has 37 years of leadership experience across the private, public, and voluntary sectors. Holding advanced degrees in Missional Leadership, Theology, Economics, and Management, he spent 15 years managing Christian organizations, employability programs, and local government services before launching a consultancy in 2002. This work evolved into advising missional organizations, churches, and denominations worldwide. Tommy has served as a trustee and leadership advisor for prominent organizations, including Bible Society Northern Ireland, Youth for Christ International, and Drop Inn Ministries, while also supporting Christian-led businesses to enhance their impact. Through ‘Transform the World,’ founded in 2018, Tommy equips leaders in over 30 nations to serve effectively in the workplace, community, and church.
Alongside his wife, Roberta, they have led in senior church roles for 25+ years and raised three sons, Simon, Daniel, and Thomas, in Ballymena, Northern Ireland.
Joel Christian holds a Master of Theology in the New Testament Department and Bachelor of Divinity from the Senate of Serampore University. Joel has a profound zeal for studying the New Testament's use of the Old Testament and possesses a strong interest in the biblical languages of Greek and Hebrew.

In addition to his academic pursuits, Joel is dedicated to his ministerial duties and is currently serving our Lord Jesus as a pastor in the Gujarat Regional Conference of the Methodist Church in India. He is married to Anuja, who supports him in his ministry and scholarly endeavours, they are blessed with Crezandra. Joel’s unique blend of academic rigour and pastoral experience brings a deep and nuanced perspective to the interpretation of the text of the Bible.
Folarin Oluwaseun is driven by a profound mission to connect God’s people with the global purpose of God and to inspire their active participation in world evangelization. A Nigerian by nationality, he is deeply committed to training missionaries and church leaders at the Redeemed College of Missions in Ede. This institution equips cross-cultural missionaries for the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) worldwide, as well as for other denominations.
He is also the co-founder of Mission Awareness Outreach, an organization dedicated to raising mission awareness and encouraging active engagement within the global Body of Christ. With a personal motto that says, “To sinners, a Savior; to saints, a mission,” Folarin remains grounded in his convictions and faithful to his God-given platform of expression.
His work centers on mission mobilization, training, advocacy, community development, empowerment, and transformation. This commitment has brought him into contact with many missionaries, especially those serving in challenging and unreached areas across Nigeria and other parts of Africa.
Folarin finds deep joy and strength in his family life. He is married to Mosunmola Folarin, and together they are blessed with two children: TireniOluwa Oyetunde-Folarin and Yoyemikale Oyetunde-Folarin.
